Client Brief
Checkmate Horse Club is a horse riding school under Thailand Equestrian Federation (TEF), established by one of Thailand National Team athlete, Dhewin Manathanya, who has been participated in equestrian sport for more than 25 years.
As the club moved to a new location in 2017, the founders want to establish a brand presence in the digital scene to gain more customers. The project's primary objective is to develop a comprehensive brand and communication strategy that not only showcases the top-notch facilities of the club and the expert instruction provided by the founder, a former Thailand national athlete, but also cultivates a welcoming environment for everyone and inspires a new generation of riders.
My roles include writing contents, establishing a responsive bilingual website, optimizing SEO, and creating an engaging social media presence.
Web Design
The design inspiration comes from chess, as suggested by the name 'Checkmate.' The website incorporates elements such as squares and alternating colors reminiscent of a chessboard. Additionally, I have integrated chess elements into the design. The overall look and feel aim for simplicity and friendliness.
